Sea sickness

  • I sometimes get seasick when the water is choppy.

    Besides seasickness pill (which dun take effect almost immediately) what are the other alternatives?

  • You might consider wrist bands. Tie the wrist band as you would with a watch. Make sure you can feel the wrist band pressure on the underside of the arm. You will feel better after a few minutes. It work on most people.

    Try to drink hot ginger tea, before and after the dives, it works for me!
