Yeah.. I'm the first ever student who signed up for the AIDA freedive course in Singapore.

haha, more and more freedivers in sg. see how many ppl here are students of bernard. ;)

we r organizing a freediving trip in tioman next month. it would be my first time freedive there.

Sounds interesting!

Is free diving hazardous to your health though (besides drowning of coures)?

Read some articles in the past that it may not be good over the long term..

That's why it is important to go through a proper freediving course and learn the necessary safety theory and practises.
