Boat Stolen at Tioman by NDL SMB
« on: 13 Oct 16, 01:16 »
I am the owner of GoDeeper Tioman Chalets.

On October 2015, The Management of GoDeeper Tioman Chalets have decided to rent the dive center facilities, equipment, boat and space for NDL SMB to operate their dive business at my premises.

On several occasions, NDL SMB was found to be flouting rules and regulations and posing hazard to dive students with their current practices which is totally unacceptable. The management of GoDeeper have warned NDL SMB to stop such practice before any untoward accidents happen.

Such gentle reminder and warnings were dismissed and totally ignored by the owner of NDL SMB

John Low, the owner of NDL SMB have resorted to stealing my dive equipment and 2 units of boat on the day they were issued a notice to stop all operations within GoDeeper premises on 3rd July 2016. These items which belongs to GoDeeper Tioman Chalets was only returned on 24th July 2016 after lodging police reports against his despicable act.

Today, I've found that he have again took my boat without my permission and proudly displays it with pictures posted on Facebook claiming it to be his.

To divers out there, you might want to think twice if you are considering to dive with this crook.

Boat was found to be at Tioman Marina tied up alongside his pride, the Frogmen LOB and a few other speedboats which John Low too claims belongs to NDL SMB.

To anyone who wants prove of my claims, please kindly write to me.
