SCUBAZOO at Seaventures

Hi,

Just wanna seek the opinions of the general people ard here. Last yr, I went to Seaventures with a couple of my friends. As usual, we did the dives at Sipadan, with the scubazoo guy taking videos for us. And then, at the end of the trip, he showed us the video which was very nice and ask if we wanna purchase it. Some of my frens bought, but as there was some more editg to do, the scubazoo staff asked that we pay first and he will shipped the DVD to us. However, till now, we have not receive anything. What can my friends do about it ??

oh dear sorry to hear that. we went this year in may. we saw our video in the lobby of SWV paid and got it on the spot. also scubazoo guy.

Errrr..... Simple. Contact Scubazoo and ask for it. They are a pretty reputable company.

Sorry to hear about that... last year?!!??

Could be lost in the mail or something, best way is to contact them asap.
Do update us...
i wanna go Seaventures someday. :)

When I went saw and got final video the same day.

As Michael said, they are pretty reputable though so should not be a big problem.

Very sorry to hear about your friends DVD not arriving as promised. Please email me on roger@scubazoo.com with the full name of anyone who purchased the DVD and the date of your video dive and I'll check our records. We do our best to keep all video dives on file in case of problems like this.
