  • Just came back from Bali and can't sleep so decided to process some of my photo. Trip was arranged by Baliscuba.
Tulamben at Liberty, Coral Garden and Drop Off near Mimpi Resort - Vis not so god about 10-15 m, so decided to do muck diving all the way.
Seraya still my favorite place nudis galore and I had chance to saw 3 big cuttlefish mating (threesome) to bad can't take picture of it since I can't get close.
Amed turtle at pyramid area and fishes are abundant for whatever reason if I visit this spot I always have problem with my camera last time flash battery flat and now I forgotten to open the built-in flash when I mount the camera into the housing. This place is my Bermuda triangle. Dived in another 2 spots looking for tiger shrimps but we found none. Consolation frog fish are plenty there.

In this trip Mr. Murphy give me a visit big time, after 2nd day dive I was too tired and slept until late when I woke up sky already dark and I need to replace all batteries in my flashes, Mimpi resort room is F*** dimly lighted but I still proceed with batteries change, one bad decision, hair trapped in my flash o-ring and it create minor flood on my flash and only found out after 3rd dive, luckily my flash still ok but it kill my newly purchased eneloop batteries  >:( it not end there we were running late in Amed due to long bottom time so we packed in hurry, I remember put all my things near my dive bag and whatever reason when we reached Ayana hotel in Jimbaran, I can't find my wetsuit panic and called our DM. They said I left it at Amed dive center :o now I ask Baliscuba kindness to collect for me if not I have to get new wetsuit  :'(
Enough ranting, here some photo for the trip some creature I haven't ID yet.

  • Great shots you've gotten there and nice report.

BTW, you can still pop up the build-in flash after enclosing it in the housing.  Just set camea to Auto or Program mode, cover the port and press the shutter button.

Yes bro, I remember you wrote this last time and I remember it. The problem is TTL cable hot shoe is very near to built-in flash. So if I put full auto mode and block the lens it pop the flash but it failed to open due to obstruction and error displayed on camera "built in flash failed to open".
