Dome or no dome?

  • Hello experts!

I was thinking of getting a INON UWL-H100  for my RX100ii.

Is the extra dome add on worth it/easy to use?

I mostly do videos, occasionally stills depending on the subject. Might wanna try wide angle macro to get some backgrounds too!

Or if anyone has suggestions for wet lens on the rx100ii I'd be keen to hear too! Thank you!

  • Definetly worth it to get the h100 for it.  If u have the spare cash .. then u can add on the dome.. else u can do well with the h100 alone.

  • If you are going for wide angle video, i would say better off getting a gopro or something. if you are looking at wide angle macro with some wide angle stuff thrown in, try this lens from Inon instead. it gives everything from a circular fisheye to a close focus wide angle (cfwa) ability.

I've tried this lens with an rx-100 mk1 with quite nice results....
