Intova Sport HD II video camera

  • Does anyone know where in Singapore that I can get a red filter for this camera?  The housing has no threads and the camera is built into the housing. There is SportsLab in Jurong that was marketing Intova stuff at ADEX last year but I don't think they are open anymore.  Thoughts?

  • You may want to try rainbow runner from KL. I got mine from them and they are willing to courier to Singapore.

  • I just found out that Big Bubble Dive Centre in Commonwealth carries the Intova camera and gear.

  • or you can try getting Magic Filter gel filter sheets and cut them to fit your housing. i used them for still photography as well and they work pretty well. I think $40 should get you a few sheets and enough for a few cameras.

  • This camera is built into the housing.  You can't remove it to insert a Magic Filter.  It has an "electronic red filter" but it is only supposed to be effective to 5-10 meters.

  • ah ok.. you can stick the filter on the outside of the housing then. it still works but you might lose it more often. it's a gel filter so you don't have to worry about breaking.
