  • do i need those arms/strobes stuffs??? is it essential??

    I would say it's subjective...
but eventually most UW photographers move on to having arms and strobes, or DSLR set up.

I moved from Torchlight to single arm tray, single strobe to single arm tray, single strobe, focus light... and plan to go double arm tray, still single strobe. :D

No you don't. You just need a hot shoe mount, a clamp and another ball joint (depending on which light you bought).
    This should be sufficient.

  • The hot shoe mount is this

You need this thing to mount on your hot shoe so that you can attached your torch. I'll show you the photo of a sample setup in a bit.
