Donít think Dayang you need to pay. I can confirm that Aur you need to RM 200 Daily for diving + RM 40 for Marine Park fee.

Aur n Dayang opposite each other only right?

Yes, for diving it is essentially the same place, like comparing different towns in Tioman eg tekek vs salang.  Aur though tends to have late night drinking, BBQ etc, dayang quieter.  That said pretty much nothing to do topside at either.

Was wondering whether dayang and aur are classed as different islands under new number limits but from articles I have seen dayang not mentioned so guess they are grouped together.  Tioman unaffected as it is not in johor but would affect lob stopping on way back.

dayang is consider as part of Aur Island. therefore the charges of $200RM applies.
my friends dive trip was cancel due to the increase of price and they have shifted to tioman.
tioman is also charging marine park fees as well, but only $40RM.

Yes Aur and Dayang are beside each other but things and price work differently for both, If not both island will be name the same.  So Dayang was not on list however no of ppl can go dayang have be set to a limit (50% cut).
