Age has finally caught up with me... getting harder and harder to see small item at my age... since I use a older model DSLR as my underwater camera setup. It doesn't comes with 'Live-View' and I have to use the viewfinder...

Wondering anyone here has experience using stick-on lense on their dive mask for scuba diving  ??

Are they any good ?? Any recommendation regarding brands  and where can I find this lenses in SG or over the internet ??

TUSA offer a great selection of prescription lenses for their masks. The masks are great too! These are made to fit the lenses perfectly and replace the glass, rather than just a stick on lens. I believe Mares also offer a good range of lenses.

Never seen any lenses for the Shadow. Most prescription lenses are for dual lens masks not single lens.

TUSA lenses are about $49 for each side, and come in plus or minus depending on your vision needs.

I've gotten these for some of my dive friends

http://optx2020.com/p-23-hydrotac-diveoptx-stick-on-lenses-for-divers-large.aspx

The general feedback is they're ok. Though some have highlighted that with the stick on lens, it's harder to clean your mask with baby shampoo

There is hope ... try this DIY using Daiso specs, carefully drill 2 holes, thread thru bungee cord, secure to mask strap. $3

It works !  Recently tried out in Bali. My wife has both lenses while I only use 1. When not in macro mode, simply pull it over your head.

Patent Pending  :)

Interestingly, I find the same product selling cheaper in Amazon.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003JP6ZC0?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=A19YQQNJMF8WM0

I will order from Amazon and try.

Thanks

This did came to my mind.. but I was thinking of using silicon or something to glue the lens to mask...   :P
