This happened to a new torch

Bought this small torch at ADEX, with the intention to hang on my BC as back up, I got a shock to see what happen to the torch after the weekend trip:



Only happened to the surface and the torch is still working well, not even leak inside, the battery is still in good condition:

Don't know leh! was walking around in ADEX, saw this small torch running on 1AA battery and quite bright, just ditched $36 and bought it, I didn't even bother to keep the receipt.

Made with double O ring, for diving, but not sea water corrosion proof. Manufacturer "👍".

That is the best part, you can see from the picture, after the 2 O-ring, the paint at the screw thread are in good condition, the torch is working well, may buy sand paper to sand the outside and use as land torch, but then an expensive one for land torch, haha....

Brand is Scubalamp. A new brand from China. Maybe u can drop them an email.

It come with a clip to fix it on the strap of mask.
