Hi friends! I recently got a diving job at an aquarium where I dive 4 days out of the week. I used to work out ~5 days a week and now Iím down to 1 or 2 days because
 of this job. I love this job but I also donít want to become a potato. Any exercise or fitness tips would be greatly appreciated!

isn't it the same as any other jobs? after work go for a workout ?

Does diving restrict you from doing normal workouts?

Hi..I guess the forum isn't very active. I just sign up yesterday.
About fitness...hmm I guess light any other sports u need to train on endurance. Diving is quite physical at times. Having the endurance and mindset to stay calm is key.

I run marathons but don't think running helps with my air depletion rate.
