Sea sickness

I sometimes get seasick when the water is choppy.

Besides seasickness pill (which dun take effect almost immediately) what are the other alternatives?

You might consider wrist bands. Tie the wrist band as you would with a watch. Make sure you can feel the wrist band pressure on the underside of the arm. You will feel better after a few minutes. It work on most people.

Try to drink hot ginger tea, before and after the dives, it works for me!
