Every Halcyon product bought from the time I worked for Richmond Supplies and as a Authorised Halcyon dealer under Silent Explorer/Divebox are covered under warranty.I no longer deal with Halcyon products.I would be happy to service all products bought from me with proof of purchase.
2. Yes the shop service area is rather messy right now as I am renovating the shop.I am servicing my customer's equipment with the utmost care from home right now.The shop service bench will be up and running by the weekend.
3. All brands and products bought from Diveshop@SG are covered by full manufacturer warranties.
4. In the 15 years working with Scubapro.I have not seen a Scubapro item that is covered under warranty been denied a claim.Unless it did not fulfill a warranty requirement.Infact in most cases the warranty claim is expedited.In the case of the Sea Wing Nova the wait was not because of "Investigation"but due to the fins being out of stock Asia wide.The average waiting time has been 1-2 days or at most 3-6 weeks for a warranty claim.Not 7 months.
